Born and raised in Mississauga by East African immigrants, Imadh blends Hip-Hop, R&B, and Afrofusion into songs that connect cultures, challenge the status quo, and build bridges between worlds. He found his voice rapping over instrumentals from icons like Jay-Z, Nas, and 50 Cent, sharing songs on MSN Messenger and MySpace, and building a grassroots buzz true to the Y2K era.

After years in university and multiple 9-to-5s that left him creatively starved, 2020 marked his homecoming to music. Since then, he’s amassed over 500,000 streams across 35+ tracks, and performed at venues like The Drake Underground and Trillium Park (Ontario Place). A winner of TD JerkFest’s Show Your Flow and The Academy Presents: The Team Up, his music has traveled airwaves from Toronto to Rotterdam.

Collaborating with artists and producers across Kenya, Jamaica, Albania, Chile, and Nigeria, Imadh blends local soul with global depth. Once a world-class Super Smash Bros. player, he now channels that focus and discipline into crafting anthems for those who refuse to be defined by limits.
